Tim Chandler has been writing and producing songs on and off for 5 years. Through numerous band and solo projects, nothing has quite compared to the originality and down right silliness of Dr Umbargo's Travelling Carnival.  The track was originally produced for a short Student Movie of the same title.  The film went nowhere, but the song remains well acclaimed.  Last year the decision was made that there was something to take from this and 5 further scallywags were recruited to create the extravaganza that is Dr Umbargo's Travelling Carnival (the band, not the movie!).  The Carnival is currently in the process of putting together the first EP which looks set to be released early next year.
